- Searching for Differentially Expressed Gene Combinations. Marcel Dettling, Edward Gabrielson, and Giovanni Parmigiani
uses two microarray data sets to test their methodology. I could not access the first data set, but the second data set, a microarray experiment associated with a NEJM publication
