Eliot Spitzer, New York’s state attorney general has filed a lawsuit against GlaxoSmithKline for concealing negative trials about an antidepressant that the company manufactures (Paxil).

There has been a lot written about industry biases. I have a bibliography on publication bias which includes quite a few references on how commercial interests can often restrict the publication of negative results.
